The manifest defines a fixed set of twelve archive URLs. Coverage means the number of those distinct addresses with a recorded request in the reporting window. It does not mean twelve separate visitors or twelve successful reasoning tasks.
Archive position records which document was requested. Because every document is public and listed, a direct request can reach any position. Comparisons should state this limitation and retain the observation window alongside the counts.
