1. Zero Personally Identifiable Information (Zero-PII)
The Ghost Traffic Observatory is an automated crawler observation platform, not a user tracking service:
- No IP Storage: IP addresses are tested transiently in volatile memory solely for vendor CIDR verification and immediately discarded.
- No Cookies or Fingerprints: No tracking cookies or persistent user identifiers are issued.
