An empty available observation feed means no retained matching events were found in its reporting window. Unavailable storage is shown separately. Neither state establishes that the wider web has no interest in the site.
The existing daily event ceiling and platform limits can stop recording. Counts therefore describe recorded events, not a guaranteed complete traffic census. HEAD checks, preview deployments, and observation-page refreshes do not add honeypot events.
